Jeremiah 12: 14The LORD said: I gave this land tomy people Israel, but enemies around it have attacked and robbed it. SoI will uproot them from their own countries just as I will uproot Judahfrom its land. 15But later, I will have pity on these nationsand bring them back to their own lands. 16They once taught mypeople to worship Baal. But if they admit I am the only true God, and ifthey let my people teach them how to worship me, these nations will alsobecome my people. 17However, if they don't listen to me, I willuproot them from their lands and completely destroy them. I, the LORD,have spoken. (CEV)
Ezekiel 36: 26I will take away your stubborn heartand give you a new heart and a desire to be faithful. You will have onlypure thoughts, 27because I will put my Spirit in you and makeyou eager to obey my laws and teachings. SeeLuke 11: 13Asbad as you are, you still know how to give good gifts to your children. But your heavenly Father is even more ready to give the Holy Spirit toanyone who asks. (CEV)
Daniel 7: 13... I saw what looked like a son of mancoming with the clouds of heaven, and he was presented to the Eternal God.14 Hewas crowned king and given power and glory, so that all people of every nation and race would serve him. He will rule forever, and his kingdomis eternal, never to be destroyed. 27"Then the greatest kingdomof all will be given to the chosen ones of God Most High. His kingdom willbe eternal, and all others will serve and obey him." (CEV)
Revelation 15: 3.. They were singing, "LORD God All-Powerful, you have done great and marvelous things. You are the ruler of all nations, and you do what is right and fair. 4LORD, who doesn't honorand praise your name? You alone are holy, and all nations will come andworship you, because you have shown that you judge with fairness." (CEV)
Hebrews 12: 5.."When the LORD punishes you, don'tmake light of it, and when he corrects you, don't be discouraged. 6 TheLORD corrects the people he loves and disciplines those he calls his own." 7Bepatient when you are being corrected! This is how God treats his children.Don't all parents correct their children? 8God corrects allof his children, and if he doesn't correct you, then you don't really belongto him. 9Our earthly fathers correct us, and we still respect them. Isn't it even better to be given true life by letting our spiritual Father correct us? 10Our human fathers correct us for a shorttime, and they do it as they think best. But God corrects us for our owngood, because he wants us to be holy, as he is. 11It is neverfun to be corrected. In fact, at the time it is always painful. But ifwe learn to obey by being corrected, we will do right and live at peace.(CEV)
